HR Manager

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement. The candidate should be hands-on, people-oriented, and capable of independently managing HR functions for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviews, on boarding)
• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Gratuity, etc.)
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities
• Manage performance appraisals and employee development processes
• Maintain HR records, reports, and MIS
• Support management with HR analytics and reporting

Preferred Qualifications
