HR Executive or Sr.HR Executive:(Male Candidate)

- Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.

- Prepare and maintain salary structures in alignment with organizational policies

- Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure timely disbursements

- Conduct employee induction programs for new hires

- Draft and issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and other employment-related documents.

- Manage exit formalities, including clearance and final settlement.

- Coordinate with clients for HR requirements and ensure prompt resolution.

- Maintain and update HR MIS reports and databases regularly.

- Oversee attendance management and leave tracking systems.

- Ensure accurate and timely salary processing in coordination with the accounts department.

- Maintain strong communication skills for effective coordination across departments and with employees.
