Job Title: HR Generalist – HR Operations

Location: Vile Parle (West), Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Industry: Retail (Pharmacy & Skin Care)

Department: Human Resources

Preferred Candidate: Male

Working Hours: 10 hours/day

Working Days: 6 days/week

Key Responsibilities

 

HR Operations

·        Manage end-to-end HR operations processes

·        Generate and issue Offer Letters (OL) and Appointment Letters (APL)

·        Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees

Employee Relations

·        Address and resolve employee concerns and workplace issues

·        Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement

·        Monitor employee satisfaction and well-being

HRIS & Data Management

·        Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems

·        Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance

·        Support HRIS-related communication and system usage

HR Reporting & Analytics

·        Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports

·        Track key metrics such as headcount, hiring, attrition, attendance, and performance

·        Generate monthly and quarterly HR reports

Onboarding & Exit Management

·        Facilitate onboarding processes for new joiners

·        Handle exit formalities including full and final settlements

·        Manage employee lifecycle processes efficiently

Payroll & Attendance

·        Collate payroll inputs for new joiners and exiting employees

·        Manage leave and attendance records

·        Calculate allowances (Overtime, Shift, On-call)


 

 

Eligibility Criteria

·        Education: MMS/MBA/BMS in human resource

·        Strong understanding of HR operations and processes

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills

·        Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Excel preferred
