Job Description
- Basic knowledge of the recruitment process.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate job board/portals etc.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Pre-employment screening and supervising new employee onboarding and documentation.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Project management and handling all the activities related to it.
- Travel to the project location as and when required and prepare the required reports.
- Handle all employee queries, written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality.
