Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, primarily in the education and corporate sectors. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS, and reports
• Follow up with candidates for interviews, feedback, and offer closure
• Understand hiring requirements and advise on market salary trends
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle bulk as well as niche hiring
• Familiarity with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing
• Good negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in education, staffing, or consultancy recruitment is an advantage
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
