HR Recruiter

1. Handle first-level end-to-end hiring for IT and Non-IT roles.
2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through online job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, apna, workindia etc.), referrals, and social media.
3. Make 150–200 calls daily for candidate sourcing, screening, and follow-ups.
4. Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews and assess candidate fitment.
5. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
6. Facilitate technical tests and skill evaluations for IT roles.
7. Manage the entire recruitment cycle – sourcing to on boarding.
8. Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
9. Build and manage a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
10. Collaborate with business teams to understand hiring needs.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
12. Ensure compliance with HR policies and company standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT).
• Strong knowledge of job portals, sourcing tools, and ATS.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring and daily calling targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and online communication tools.
