Job Description: Talent Acquisition Recruiter r* – BFSI Sector

Location: Chakala, Andheri (East), Mumbai

 Experience: Minimum 6 months (Recruitment / Talent Acquisition)

 Industry: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)

 CTC: As per company norms ( 3 LPA )

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles (Sales, Credit, Operations, Relationship Manager, Gold Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, Collections, etc.)

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Social Media, References, Internal Database etc.

Screen resumes and assess candidates’ suitability as per job requirements.

Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.

Schedule interviews (F2F / online) and ensure smooth candidate communication.

Maintain candidate pipeline and daily/weekly recruitment trackers.

Follow up with selected candidates for document collection, salary discussion, joining confirmation, and onboarding.

Build strong relationships with business leaders and understand manpower requirements.

Work on bulk hiring, sales hiring, and niche BFSI recruitment as needed.

Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and daily activity updates.

Required Skills & Qualification:

Minimum 6 months experience in talent acquisition / recruitment (BFSI hiring preferred).

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

Graduate / MBA in HR preferred. / 12 th pass
