Job Title: HR Recruiter

📍 Location: Oshiwara West 

🕒 Job Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

📅 Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Job Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for entry-level to mid-level positions

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

Screen resumes and schedule interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates

Maintain recruitment data and candidate records

Follow up with shortlisted candidates

Assist with basic HR documentation and onboarding

Required Skills

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes

Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Apna, etc.)

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email)
