Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Implant TA Specialist with a strong background in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment .

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles including relationship managers, sales, credit, operations, and backend banking profiles

Must have experience into Volume hiring

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create recruitment strategies

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels

• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various positions

• Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback management with internal stakeholders

• Maintain candidate data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports

• Ensure compliance with internal hiring guidelines and documentation processes

This role required person who is open for travel within mumbai only
