HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating the hiring process. This role ensures the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while promoting a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify current and future hiring needs in collaboration with department managers.
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and other innovative channels.
3. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
4. Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
5. Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across levels.
6. Conduct competency-based interviews.
7. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
8. Administer assessments or tests as required.
9. Provide constructive feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.
