Sheva Empresa is growing, and we’re looking for a Freelance HR professional who can partner with us as we scale.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with growing teams and wants to make a real impact—not just execute tasks.

What you’ll do:

Schedule and coordinate interviews end-to-end

Support hiring managers with smooth recruitment processes

Handle core HR operations and documentation

Assist with onboarding and employee coordination

Help build scalable HR processes as we grow

Use company-provided access to job portals to source and contact candidates

Who we’re looking for:

Experience in HR operations / recruitment coordination

Strong communication and organisational skills

Comfortable working independently in a fast-growing environment

Freelancer/consultant open to long-term collaboration

Available to work from our office 2–3 days a week
