HR Recruiter Intern – Job Description

Position: HR Recruiter Intern & Hr Recruiter

Location: On-side

Duration: 3–12 months & Full time

Stipend: 5 k to 9

Salary -12 k to 25 k

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. You will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and helping build a strong talent pipeline. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and exposure to core HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Screening

Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability

Interview Coordination & Support

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Follow up with candidates and provide necessary interview-related information

Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process

Data Management & Reporting

Update and maintain recruitment trackers and applicant records

Assist in preparing weekly/monthly recruitment reports

Support HR in promoting job openings across platforms

Assist in engaging with candidates on LinkedIn and other networks

General HR Support

Participate in HR events, onboarding processes, and team activities as needed

Provide administrative support to the HR team

Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR concepts

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, apna app Work India & Job Hai etc.) is a plus

Good organizational and time-management skills
