Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Understand hiring requirements from managers.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates for feedback and documentation.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and update candidate database.
- Coordinate onboarding process for selected candidates.
