• Freshers: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (3-month training period, hike after training)

We are looking for a dynamic candidate for our Banking & Finance (BFSI) Recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Use job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.
• Apply Boolean search techniques to find candidates
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication in English
