Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (telephonic/video/in-person).
- Schedule interviews with relevant departments.
- Follow up with candidates through the selection process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.
- Ensure a smooth and professional recruitment experience for all applicants.
