HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

1. Bulk Hiring

 Manage end-to-end recruitment for large-scale hiring drives (frontline, entry-level, and mid-

level).

 Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, campus hiring, walk-ins, and

other channels.

 Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and coordinate further interview

rounds.

 Organize and manage mass recruitment events, walk-in interviews, and job fairs.

 Maintain high-quality candidate experience and follow up throughout the selection process.

 Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to track hiring progress.

2. Vendor Management (if applicable)

 Liaise with recruitment agencies, staffing partners, and outsourcing vendors.

 Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality metrics.

 Negotiate commercials/contracts in coordination with HR leadership.

 Monitor billing, invoicing, and ensure compliance with company policies.

 Address escalations and ensure timely closures from vendor side.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 HSC or Bachelor’s degree ( any )

 6 months / 1 year + of experience in bulk hiring; vendor management experience is an added

advantage.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to manage large hiring volumes under tight deadlines.

 Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
