HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our organization. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions across sales, service, and corporate functions.

• Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions (Sales, Service, Corporate & Support roles)
• Understand manpower requirements from stakeholders and hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, social media, and vendors
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads / GMs
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases
• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, documentation, and joining
• Prepare and release offer letters after approval
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities
• Maintain hiring compliance as per company policy
• Support HR team in audits, reports, and other HR activities when required
• Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication skills (English, Hindi; Marathi preferred)
• Good understanding of recruitment processes
• Ability to handle bulk and lateral hiring
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and job portals
• Stakeholder coordination and follow-up skills
• Target-driven and deadline-oriented approach
• Qualification & Experience Graduate
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment

Experience in automobile / retail / dealership hiring will be an added advantage
