HR Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

• Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream (HR specialization preferred)
