Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our office team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates using various job portals such as Apna, WorkIndia, JobHai, and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates from multiple job portals and databases

Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidate profiles

Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports

Ensure timely follow-ups and a smooth end-to-end hiring process

Requirements

Experience in recruitment is preferred but not mandatory

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simulta

Note- We are also providing internship

5k per month ( internship will be on 6 month )

we are looking only recruiter not onboarding And operations executive

2nd and 4th saturday off

Work Timings: 10am-7pm
