Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Coordinate with candidates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and joining
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
