• Identify hiring requirements in coordination with department heads.
• Post job openings on job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, employee referrals, and networking.

• Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
• Assess candidates based on job requirements, skills, and cultural fit.

3. Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain proper interview records and candidate feedback.

4. Candidate Engagement

• Communicate job roles, company culture, and growth opportunities to candidates.
• Negotiate salary within the company budget while convincing candidates to join the organization.

5. Offer & Onboarding Process

• Collect required documents from selected candidates.
• Coordinate with management for offer approval.
• Share offer letters and follow up for joining confirmation.

6. Recruitment Reporting

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.

7. Campus & Institute Tie-ups

• Coordinate with colleges and computer institutes for candidate sourcing.
• Organize campus drives and placement activities.
