We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Executive to manage recruitment for our Insurance Sales department. The ideal candidate should be confident with daily outbound calling, sourcing relevant profiles, coordinating interviews, and achieving recruitment targets with quality hiring.

🔷 Key Responsibilities

✅ Source and hire candidates for Sales positions across Insurance-related verticals

✅ Confident, proficient, and passionate about making daily outbound calls to generate candidate pipelines

✅ Use multiple sourcing platforms – job boards, social media, referrals, and external agencies

✅ Conduct telephonic screening, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews

✅ Work closely with department heads and HR team for smooth recruitment coordination

✅ Achieve monthly hiring numbers within defined timelines

✅ Maintain quality hiring to ensure lower attrition and better stability

✅ Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, documentation, and onboarding support

✅ Handle offer roll-outs and joining follow-ups

🔷 Skills & Competencies

✔ Strong tele-calling and communication skills

✔ Knowledge of recruitment cycle and sourcing channels

✔ Experience in hiring Sales profiles preferred (Insurance/BFSI advantage)

✔ Target-oriented and result-driven approach

✔ Good negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills

✔ Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements
