Job Description
Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Goregaon East
Salary : 18k to 21k in-hand + incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Understand client hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Apnajobs), references, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates for feedback and documentation
- Negotiate salary and assist in releasing offer letters
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
