Job Profile:

- Understanding Client requirement

- Running relevant search

- Screening CVs

- Converting suitable candidates & Scheduling interviews

- Regular & Strong follow ups

- Willing to work as an individual contributor

- Should be Target oriented

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Male / Female

- Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate

- Good Communication Skills (English Mandatory)

- Awareness of MS-Office (Excel & Word)

- Minimum 12 months of recruitment & headhunting experience

- Hiring Freshers As well

- Should be well versed with Job Portals & online tools

Other Information:

- Permanent Work From Office - Malad Location 

- Rs. 10,000-15,000Monthaly Incentive On Target 

- 8 hours login on daily basis (11-8pm)

- Wel provide official email id, job portal access and ensure constant flow of requirements and support

- NO DUAL EMPLOYMENTs
