HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for mid to senior-level roles and support core HR functions. The ideal candidate has strong recruitment expertise, can work closely with leadership, and is confident in managing hiring strategies, candidate experience, and closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer closure
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit
• Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
• Ensure hiring quality and process consistency
• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and HR documentation
• Support employee relations, compliance, and HR operations as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
• Strong experience hiring mid to senior-level roles
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Comfortable using ATS, job portals, and HR tools
• High professionalism and confidentiality

Preferred

• Experience in a fast-growing organization
• HR certifications (SHRM / PHR)
• Exposure to employee engagement and retention initiatives
