Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networking sites.
• Screen and review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide timely communication and updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.
• Help maintain recruitment documentation and records.
