Position: Recruiter (Non-IT)

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Non-IT Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates for various non-technical roles within the organization. You will collaborate with the HR Head to understand their staffing needs and source candidates through various channels.

 Identify job requirements and create detailed job descriptions for each open position.

 Utilize diverse sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a wide range of qualified candidates.

 Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

 Review incoming resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria.

 Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.

 Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural alignment with the organization.

 Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates, keeping them informed of their application status and next steps.

 Address candidates' questions and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.

 Generate regular reports on recruitment activities.

Requirements:

- Should be a Graduate.

- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist for non-IT positions.

- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.

- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
