Job Title: HR Recruiter

Experience: Minimum 2+ years

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Shift: Monday to Saturday (10 Am to 6.30 Pm)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as an Accounts Executive. The candidate will be responsible for preparing bills, maintaining accurate records of invoices, and managing daily accounting activities in an organized and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
2. Coordinate with hiring managers and conduct HR screenings
3. Manage employee attendance, leave, and records.
4. Handle onboarding, exits, and employee coordination
5. Address employee queries and ensure policy compliance

6. Maintain HR MIS, trackers, and documentation

Qualifications and Skills Required:

1.     Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field.

2.     Good Communication Skills.

3.     Proficient in MS Excel and job portals
