Profile- HR Executive

• Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Internal Recruitment:Managing the complete internal hiring cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
• Interview Coordination: Working closely with hiring managers to schedule and facilitate interviews.
• Database Management: Creating, updating, and maintaining candidate databases and sharing relevant profiles with the hiring managers.
• MIS Reporting: Preparing and maintaining various HR-related MIS reports for management review.
• Offer Letter Management: Drafting and releasing offer letters as per company policy.
• Salary Negotiation: Conducting salary discussions with selected candidates to finalize compensation within the approved salary structure.
• Onboarding Activities: Handling the onboarding process, ensuring smooth joining formalities for new hires.
• Attendance Management: Preparing and maintaining monthly employee attendance records.

Job Location- G-3, integrated personal service Ltd, Vakratunda Corporate Park Premises CHS. Old Survey No. 73 (P) CTS No. 256, Off Aarey Road, Near Udipi Vihar Hotel, Goregaon (East) Mumbai – 400063

Salary- 20,000/- to 30,000/- CTC

Working Days - Monday to Friday(From office) & 3rd Saturday Off and Rest all Saturday work from home half day.

Working Hours- 9.30am to 6.30pm(Flexi)
