Job Description
Designation: Executive (HR Recruiter – Fresher)
Company: Teamspace
Employment Type: Apprenticeship (Govt. NAPS Scheme)
This is a 9-month apprenticeship/contract role under the NAPS Government Scheme
After 9 months, candidates may be converted to permanent employee based on performance
Work in the Recruitment / HR team
Calling and communicating with candidates
Screening & shortlisting resumes (CV scrutiny)
Explaining job roles to candidates
Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
Maintaining basic recruitment records and data
⏰ Working Details
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Eligibility
Freshers only
Stipend - 13000+1500
Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
Good communication skills required
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or computer usage preferred
Candidates should be comfortable with calling & coordination
