Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent:

 Write JDs, post jobs.

 Source, screen, interview candidates.

 Should be Pro in Blue Collar (Workers) hiring too - Compulsory!

 Negotiate, onboard new hires.

HR Operations:

 Manage greytHR software or similar daily.

 Update records, attendance, payroll on Google sheets

 Handle grievances, resolve issues.

 Implement HR policies smoothly.

 Assist appraisals, reviews.

Employee Engagement:

 Plan engagement programs.

 Organize training & workshops.

 Address concerns, boost morale.

Compliance:

 Ensure labor law adherence.

 Maintain all HR documents.

 Monitor payroll records carefully.

Qualifications:

 2+ years HR experience.

 Skilled in greytHR tool or similar.

 Strong in compliance, laws.

Skills:

 Proficient in Google Sheets.

 Organized.
