HR Recruiter

Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – International BPO

Location: Mulund

Experience: 6 months –3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for multiple international BPO clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for international BPO positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.
• Work closely with multiple clients (15+ international BPO clients) to understand their hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals.
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior recruitment or BPO hiring experience is a plus.
