HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Proactively find candidates via job boards, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), and employee referrals.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with department managers to define role requirements, key performance indicators, and hiring strategies.
• Applicant Management: Maintain an organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Onboarding: Assist with extending offers, salary negotiations, and initial onboarding processes for new hires.
• Metrics Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire. 

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar Talent Acquisition role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
