Job Title: HR Recruiter & Branch CoordinatorLocation: Powai, Mumbai

Role OverviewThis is a dual-responsibility role combining HR recruitment and branch coordination. The candidate will be responsible for faculty & staff hiring, and for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Powai center.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesA. HR Recruiter ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment for:

  • Teaching faculty (IIT-JEE / NEET / Foundation)
  • Academic coordinators, counsellors, admin staff
  • Sourcing candidates via:

  • Job portals, referrals, social media, walk-ins
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
  • Scheduling interviews with academic heads / management
  • Coordinating offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation
  • Maintaining recruitment tracker, candidate database, and HR MIS
  • Supporting onboarding and induction of new hires
  • Assisting in basic HR compliance and employee records
  • B. Branch Coordinator ResponsibilitiesAct as the single point of coordination for the Powai branch
  • Ensure smooth daily operations:

  • Class schedules
  • Faculty availability
  • Classroom readiness
  • Coordinate between:

  • Faculty
  • Admissions team
  • Operations & Head Office
  • Monitor student attendance, batch updates, and academic calendars
  • Handle basic parent/student coordination and escalations
  • Support admission activities, seminars, and branch events
  • Maintain branch reports, registers, and operational data
  • Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional environment at the center
  • Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication & coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage pressure
  • Good interpersonal and people-handling skills
  • Organized, process-driven, and responsible
  • Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR tools
  • Professional attitude with leadership potential
  • Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline (HR / Management preferred)
  • 1–4 years experience in:

  • HR recruitment and/or
  • School / coaching institute coordination / operations
  • Experience in the education sector is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in English & Hindi (Marathi preferred)
