This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an HR Recruiter.

* End-to-end recruitment process

* Sourcing candidates and conducting interviews

* Managing job postings and maintaining candidate databases

* Ensure a positive candidate experience.

* Collaborating with department managers to understand staffing needs and participating in recruitment events

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Knowledge of recruitment and candidate evaluation techniques

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
