SKILL, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

•   Qualification: Graduate from reputed institute

•   Good understanding of the recruitment industry

•   Should possess good Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email skills.

•   Decent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

•   Should be able to multi task and prioritize.

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

•     Responsible for sourcing from different portals like Naukri.com & Shine, recruiting, screening, arranging interviews and placing candidates for various positions

•  Screening profiles before sending it across to Client, a proper validation is done to ensure suitability of profiles against requirements

•  Scheduling interview of shortlisted candidates with the company

•  Follow up on interview status and update candidate on the same.

•  Updating MIS Tracker daily.

•  Client and internal Coordination.

•  Maintaining Database.
