Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas/Construction/EPC/Infrastructure industry clients requirements
• Understand and source roles such as Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical Engineers, Project/Planning Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Technicians, Fitters, and Skilled Trades (Welders, Electricians, etc.) and so on. 
• Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates through job portals ( Naukri.com, Shine.com, LinkedIn, ApnaJobs, etc.), referrals, and networking
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project timelines
• Manage bulk and project-based hiring (Blue/White Collar)
• Build a strong database of skilled technical professionals
• Coordinate interviews, client approvals, documentation, and onboarding
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional
• Prior work experience in Oil & Gas/Construction/EPC/Infrastructure industry will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Familiarity with ATS and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
