HR Recruiter – Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update comprehensive job descriptions for all open positions.
• Source and attract potential candidates through diverse online channels, including social media platforms and professional networks such as StackOverflow, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Craft engaging recruitment messages and outreach emails to target and attract passive candidates.
• Screen and evaluate incoming resumes and application forms to identify suitable applicants.
• Conduct candidate interviews via phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
• Prepare, administer, and evaluate assessments, including numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.
• Publish and promote job vacancies across the company careers page, social media platforms, job boards, and internal communication channels.
• Provide hiring managers with well-curated shortlists of qualified and high-potential candidates.
• Issue job offer letters/emails and respond to inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and employment terms.
• Track and analyze essential recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness.
• Represent the company at job fairs and organize in-house recruitment events to strengthen employer branding.
• Collaborate closely with department heads and managers to forecast and plan future hiring needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to new hires, facilitating their onboarding and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
