Location: Goregaon East (HO)
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for industrial/technical roles such as Welder, Fitter, Electrician, Technician, Pipe Fitter, Fabricator, Rigger, Scaffolder, Plant/Mechanical Technician
- Source candidates through job portals (ApnaJobs, JobHai, Shine.com, Naukri.com), references, and field networks
- Conduct screening, interviews, and trade tests
- Coordinate with clients and ensure timely closures
- Manage bulk hiring and deployment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 1-2+ years of recruitment experience
