Salary: 15K to 20K (Negotiable) Per Month

Time: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST

Job Role:

We are looking for an HR Superintendent to manage employee relations, oversee HR operations, and support recruitment & onboarding activities. The role requires strong communication, documentation skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, screening, and onboarding of employees.
• Maintain employee records, documents, and HRMS updates.
• Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and leave tracking.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Resolve employee queries and HR-related issues.
• Assist in policy implementation and compliance.
• Coordinate with management and various departments.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.
• Strong organizational & people-handling skills.
• Knowledge of HR operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in HR is an added advantage.
