🔍 Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive people initiatives.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders on HR strategy, workforce planning, and people initiatives
• Manage recruitment planning, onboarding, and talent retention
• Drive performance management and employee lifecycle processes
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure statutory compliance and smooth HR operations
• Support culture building, change management, and DEI initiatives
• ✅ Eligibility CriteriaExperience: 3–8 years (HRBP / HR Generalist experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
