Job Description
Job Overview:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and executing various HR functions, including attendance management, leave calendar, compliance management, compensation management, recruiting, selection, induction, and orientation. This role also involves the administration of onboarding and offboarding processes, handling administrative tasks, conflict resolution, and dispute management.
Key Responsibilities:
Attendance Management:
Monitor daily attendance and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Address and resolve attendance discrepancies and issues.
Prepare and maintain attendance reports.
Leave Calendar:
Manage and update the leave calendar.
Process leave requests and ensure compliance with leave policies.
Maintain leave records and generate leave reports.
Compliance Management:
Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
Conduct regular compliance audits and prepare reports.
Implement changes to policies as required by law or company strategy.
Compensation Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of compensation structures.
Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
Address compensation-related queries and issues.
Recruiting and Selection:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
Induction and Orientation:
Plan and conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
Provide necessary training and resources for new employees.
Administration of Onboarding and Offboarding:
Handle all paperwork and documentation for new hires and exiting employees.
Ensure a smooth transition during the onboarding and offboarding processes.
Conduct exit interviews and manage feedback.
Administrative Work:
Manage employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist with office administration tasks as needed.
Conflict Resolution and Dispute Management:
Address employee grievances and conflicts promptly and effectively.
Mediate disputes and ensure a harmonious workplace.
Implement conflict resolution strategies and training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
Excellent understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
