Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and manage employee personal files (both physical and digital)
• Ensure accuracy and regular updating of HR databases and employee records
• Support HR compliance activities and documentation processes
• Assist in handling employee grievances and resolving queries
• Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordination
• Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
• Support attendance tracking and HR operations
• Maintain HR trackers and MIS reports
