Human Resource Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle HR operations for construction site employees, mainly crane operators and site workers
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries
• Manage PF, ESIC registrations, compliance, and monthly coordination
• Handle employee reimbursements (travel, medical, site expenses, etc.)
• Assist employees with PF withdrawals, transfers, ESIC benefits, and claims
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation
• Coordinate with site supervisors and management for manpower-related issues
• Support onboarding, ID creation, and basic induction for new workers
• Ensure smooth communication between employees and management

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of PF & ESIC (mandatory)
• Experience working with construction / blue-collar workforce
• Comfortable talking to crane operators and site employees
• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory; local language preferred)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, HR software)
• Problem-solving attitude and employee-friendly approach
