Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, industries, and recruiters to facilitate student placements.

• Identify potential employers and arrange campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and interview schedules.

• Coordinate with students to understand their career goals and guide them accordingly.

• Organize pre-placement talks, workshops, and career counseling sessions.

• Maintain accurate records of student placements, employer contacts, and recruitment activities.

• Prepare placement reports and track placement statistics.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure students are industry-ready.

• Making calls and inviting to the students for workshop, seminars, demos etc

• Managing branch operations

• Career counseling, required previous experience in academic career counseling for business growth.
