Job Description:

Agha Caravan International is seeking motivated HR professionals to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical and non-technical roles across industries such as Engineering, Oil & Gas, Construction, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various technical domains
• Source candidates through portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Foundit)
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques
• Freshers with a passion for HR and recruitment are welcome
