HVAC Site Supervisor

We are hiring an HVAC Site Supervisor who can handle real work on-site, not someone who only talks. This role requires managing technicians, supervising installations and service jobs, and ensuring work is completed on time, safely, and as per standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance work at sites
• Manage technicians, helpers, and subcontractors on daily basis
• Ensure work quality, safety standards, and timelines are followed
• Coordinate with office team for site schedules and materials
• Handle site issues, client coordination, and basic reporting
• Check drawings, measurements, and system performance
• Reduce rework, delays, and technician mistakes
• RequirementsMinimum 2–5 years experience in HVAC field (installation/service)
• Strong knowledge of VRF, Split, Cassette, Ductable systems
• Ability to manage workers, not just work individually
• Can read basic drawings and understand site requirements
• Must be disciplined, punctual, and responsible
• Two-wheeler preferred for site movement
