HVAC Technician

·        Installation of Single phase and Three phase Air conditioning system like Split Air Conditioner, Ductable Air Conditioners, Packaged Air Conditioner, and Cassette AC.

·        Excellent knowledge of installation and testing of VRF/ VRV AC system.

·        Able to solve all types of complaint call for an individual and VRF systems like Gas leakage, Compressor change, PCB change and etc.

·        Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units. 

·        Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions. 

·        Install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged. 

·        Install new air-conditioning systems and equipment. 

·        Clean blowers and coils.

• Maintain related records concerning time, labor and materials.
• Maintain log of tasks performed and write reports as required.
• Perform and follow other duties as assigned by site supervisor strictly.
• Maintain tools properly.
• Educate clients about the use and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air condition systems.
• Devise and implement methods in order to ensure that clients’ property remains safe.
