Position: IB & IGCSE Faculty

Location: Mumbai (Offline & Online)

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Freelancer

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced and passionate faculty members to teach IB (MYP & DP) and IGCSE (Cambridge) students across various subjects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in their respective subjects, a strong understanding of IB & IGCSE curricula, and the ability to engage students through interactive teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Delivery:

• Teach IB (MYP & DP) and IGCSE students using well-structured lesson plans.

• Ensure alignment with IB & IGCSE syllabi, assessment objectives, and exam patterns.

• Incorporate real-life applications and case studies to enhance learning.

2. Student Engagement & Performance:

• Conduct interactive sessions, discussions, and problem-solving activities.

• Identify individual student needs and customize teaching methods accordingly.

• Provide doubt-solving sessions and remedial classes as needed.

3. Assessment & Evaluation:

• Design and conduct periodic tests, assignments, and mock exams.

• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Guide students in Internal Assessments (IA), Extended Essays (EE), and Theory of Knowledge (TOK) (for IB).

4. Resource Development:

• Develop high-quality study materials, worksheets, and question banks.

• Keep up-to-date with curriculum changes and update teaching strategies accordingly.

5. Mentorship & Guidance:

• Provide academic and career guidance to students.

• Assist students with university applications by offering subject-specific guidance.

6. Collaboration & Training:

• Work closely with other faculty members to ensure consistency in teaching standards.

• Attend training sessions and faculty development programs to enhance teaching skills.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in the relevant subject from a reputed institution.

• B.Ed. or a teaching qualification (preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience:

• Minimum 2-5 years of teaching IB & IGCSE students.

• Experience in handling IA, EE, and TOK for IB is a plus.

• Skills:

• Strong command over the subject and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.

• Proficiency in using online teaching tools and digital resources.

• Passion for mentoring students and helping them achieve academic excellence.
