ICICI - Loan Sales Executive

Job Role: Loan Sales Executive – ICICI (HL / PL / AL)

Process Type: Outbound Sales

Job Summary:

We are hiring Loan Sales Executives for ICICI Home Loan (HL), Personal Loan (PL), and Auto Loan (AL) outbound sales process. The role involves contacting prospective customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain ICICI loan products (HL/PL/AL) and guide customers through the application process.
• Generate and qualify leads through tele-calling.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the system.
• Follow up with customers for documentation and loan processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (mandatory).
• Prior sales or tele-calling experience required.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented with strong negotiation abilities.

Experience & Compensation:

• V4: Graduate with 1 year of experience – CTC up to ₹26,000.
• V5: Graduate with 6 months of experience – CTC up to ₹30,000.
• V6: Graduate with 6 months of experience – CTC up to ₹35,000 (₹29,000 in-hand).
• Excellent communication skills required for V6.

Shift Timing:

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Any 1 week off
